Is it free to browse and request quotations?Yes. Browsing the catalog, comparing suppliers, and requesting quotations is free for every Contractor and Developer / Owner account.

How do I request a quotation?Open any product or supplier profile and click "Request Quotation", or post an open RFQ if you don't see the exact part you need. Verified suppliers in the matching category are notified automatically.

Are suppliers verified?Every Supplier profile goes through Admin approval before it's visible, and suppliers who complete additional document review earn a Verified badge shown on their profile.

How do I list my products?Complete your Supplier profile, submit it for approval, then add products from your Supplier dashboard. Each product also goes through a quick Admin approval before it's public.

How do I respond to RFQs?RFQs matching your registered categories appear in your dashboard automatically — submit pricing, lead time, and terms directly from there.

What does a subscription include?Subscription plans control how many products you can list and how many RFQ responses you can submit per period. See the Subscription page in your dashboard for current plan details.
