Information We Collect

Account details (company name, contact information, commercial registration/tax numbers where applicable), profile and product content you submit, and usage data such as product views and quotation activity used to power your analytics dashboard.

How We Use It

To operate your account, match RFQs to relevant suppliers, process subscription payments, send transactional emails and in-app notifications, and generate the reporting and analytics features available in your dashboard.

Bank & Payment Information

Supplier bank account details submitted for payouts are encrypted at rest and are never displayed in plain text after entry.

Your Choices

You can control email notification preferences from your Notifications settings page at any time. In-app notifications for account and transaction activity cannot be disabled, since they reflect actions taken on your account.
