Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MEPSOUQ marketplace, which connects Suppliers of Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial (MEI) spare parts with Contractors and Developers / Owners seeking to source them.

1. Marketplace Role

MEPSOUQ operates as a connection platform. Quotations, pricing, and delivery terms are agreed directly between the requesting party and the responding Supplier; MEPSOUQ facilitates discovery and communication but is not a party to the resulting commercial agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise for a given transaction type.

2. Account Responsibilities

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listed products, certificates, and company information. Contractors and Developers / Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their quotation and RFQ requests.

3. Approval & Moderation

Supplier profiles, products, quotations, and public reviews are subject to Admin review before becoming visible on the platform. MEPSOUQ reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions

Supplier and Developer / Owner accounts may be subject to subscription plan limits on listings and RFQ responses, as described on the Subscription page. Fees are billed according to the selected plan's billing cycle.

5. Changes

MEPSOUQ may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
