Watts LFN45BM1 / LFN45B Pressure Reducing Valve
The Watts LFN45BM1 and LFN45B Pressure Reducing Valves are designed to reduce incoming water pressure to a controlled, suitable level, helping protect plumbing system components and reduce water consumption. Constructed from lead-free copper-silicon alloy, these valves feature an integral stainless steel strainer, a thermoplastic seat and cage, and EPDM sealing components. The valves are serviceable in line and include a bypass feature to help control pressure caused by thermal expansion. A sealed spring cage supports installation in accessible outdoor or pit locations. The pressure reducing range is 25–75 psi, with a standard factory setting of 50 psi. The LFN45BM1 model is available in DN15–DN25 sizes and has a maximum pressure rating of 400 psi, while the LFN45B model covers DN32–DN50 sizes with a maximum pressure rating of 300 psi. Both models operate within a temperature range of 0.5°C to 82°C and are designed for water applications.
