The Watts R5002 / R5002N Brass Swing Check Valve is designed to prevent backflow in piping systems. Constructed from durable brass, it features a simple design, low head loss, and long service life. Suitable for potable water applications, the valve has a nominal pressure rating of PN16 and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 110°C. It is available with BSPT threaded connections according to ISO 7-1 or NPT connections according to ASME B1.20.1, with model R5002N offering the NPT connection option. The valve is designed for water service and is available in sizes DN15 to DN50.
